Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may not include shipping fees, sales tax, gift-wrapping fees, special packaging fees, or other applicable charges. These amounts will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Sales tax may be collected based on the shipping destination and applicable laws.

By placing an order, you authorize DOMESTIC LLC and its third-party payment service providers to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any eligible return must be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-request products may not be eligible for cancellation after production or preparation has started.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, delivery areas, and estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout and are further described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivery dates and times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur because of:

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

DOMESTIC LLC is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the applicable return and refund requirements.

Because many of our products are intended for baby nurseries, children’s rooms, and home environments, returned products must satisfy the hygiene, cleanliness, completeness, and resale-condition requirements stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Products that have been used, washed, installed, assembled, altered, damaged, stained, contaminated, or returned without required components or packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

Shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Custom, Personalized, and Final Sale Items

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, special-request, clearance, final-sale, and otherwise non-returnable products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions may apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Any applicable restrictions will be stated on the product page, during checkout, or in the relevant policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including names, spelling, colors, sizes, dates, and other selections, before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for personalization errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, and discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum-order values, and usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated:

Discounts cannot be combined
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed
Promotions have no cash value

Discounts may not apply to shipping fees, taxes, gift wrapping, or excluded products
